What kind of game is this?

As Munjeong Motel's night employee, attend to guests and complete tasks. Conversations, deliveries, doors and records reveal clues. Read the current assignment and journal as well as exploring the visible rooms.

The story spans five nights with endings shaped by choices. Listen to people and compare records across guest rooms and work areas. This guide explains starting controls without revealing endings or puzzle answers.

Your first steps

  1. Choose a new or saved shift on the start screen. Check nearby people and work instructions to decide your first destination.
  2. Press E near guests or objects. If dialogue does not open, check whether another object is selected and look toward the intended target.
  3. Check J for the journal and M for the map if you forget your destination. After tasks, review newly available conversations and records to follow the next night.

Helpful playing tips

  • Stand a little back and face doors or guests rather than pressing against them. Check that the interaction prompt names your intended target.
  • Compare new records with your journal tasks. Previously visited areas may offer new interactions as the story advances.
  • Use the flashlight in dark areas and stop to read clues. Complete current tasks one by one rather than rushing through every room.
