Scope & contact
This policy covers the arcade collection, guides, accounts, forum and private inquiries. Submit privacy questions and access, correction, deletion or processing requests through Privacy contact. Only you and the operator can see them. Read replies in the inquiry list using the same account.
Individual games reached through play links and login providers apply their own storage and privacy practices. This policy does not make all external services' data practices identical.
Information collected & purposes

No membership is needed to read games and guides. Refusing registration data prevents forum writing; refusing inquiry consent prevents submission. We do not collect advertising profiles or precise location data.
Visibility, retention & deletion
Forum nicknames, posts, comments and timestamps are public. Login IDs and private inquiries are not listed publicly. Member data lasts until membership deletion, posts until you or the operator delete them, and inquiries and replies until you delete the inquiry or membership.
Correct your nickname or delete membership in My account. Delete your posts and comments on their page and inquiries in the list. Membership deletion removes your member data and content from the operational database, including comments under your posts. Read the confirmation carefully; deleted content cannot be restored through the site.
Copies made by other people or search engines may remain after site deletion. Manage individual game saves and your ChatGPT account through those services.
Login, hosting & browser storage
ChatGPT provides login and Sites provides hosting. To deliver and secure the service, providers may process IP addresses, access/error logs and login cookies. Their own policies govern platform logs and retention. OpenAI Privacy Policy provides further details.
Arcade forum server data is separate from game browser data, which may include progress, scores, volume and display preferences depending on the game. You can clear site data in your browser, but may lose progress. Check save guidance before changing devices.
Your language choice is stored in this browser for future visits. Clearing site data resets this preference.
Google ads & third-party data
Arcade pages currently run no ad-request or analytics tracking code. Google site-ownership verification remains; verification alone does not load ads.
If Google ads are introduced, Google and third-party ad providers may set/read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and personalized advertising. Ads may use past visits to this and other sites.

When advertising is introduced, we will update consent, refusal, withdrawal controls and this policy. Where consent is required, requests must be blocked until consent is obtained. Forum and inquiry content is not supplied for ad targeting.
Managing information & requests
For access, correction, deletion and processing requests, contact Privacy contact. Do not post contact details, account tokens or ID documents publicly. Inquiries use your login ID; no separate password or ID document is required.
We update this policy and its date when accounts, inquiries, storage or advertising practices change. We do not claim to operate payments or common game saves that are not actually provided.
