Scope & contact
This policy covers the arcade collection, guides, accounts, forum and private inquiries. Submit privacy questions and access, correction, deletion or processing requests through Privacy contact. Only you and the operator can see them. Read replies in the inquiry list using the same account.
Individual games reached through play links and login providers apply their own storage and privacy practices. This policy does not make all external services' data practices identical.
Information collected & purposes

| Sign in | The login provider supplies an identifier for authorship. A supplied email is used to verify the operator and is not stored in the forum database. This applies to legacy ChatGPT forum accounts and operator authentication, separate from game username accounts. |
| Register membership | We store your chosen username, a secure one-way password hash, nickname, internal ID, join and last-login times, and suspension status. Signup does not request real name, email, phone, birth date or address. Plain passwords are neither stored nor shown to operators. |

Listings and guides are public. Without the required registration data, playing and posting are unavailable. Inquiry submission requires consent to process its content. We do not collect advertising profiles or precise location.
Visibility, retention & deletion
Forum nicknames, posts, comments and timestamps are public. Login IDs and private inquiries are not listed publicly. Member data lasts until membership deletion, posts until you or the operator delete them, and inquiries and replies until you delete the inquiry or membership.
You can edit your nickname and delete your account, posts, comments and inquiries. Account deletion removes associated rankings, sessions, runs and reset requests. Administrative logs remain separately for security accountability. Comments under your posts are also removed. Deleted site data cannot be restored.
Copies made by other people or search engines may remain after site deletion. Manage individual game saves and your ChatGPT account through those services.
Sessions and security
Login cookies last up to 7 days; temporary-password and administrator sessions last 15 minutes. Temporary passwords expire after 24 hours and must be changed. Logout, password change and suspension revoke game sessions. Expired records are cleaned periodically. Rate limiting stores daily changing keyed IP identifiers and counts briefly. Admin 2FA secrets are encrypted. Reset requests are retained for 90 days and admin logs for 180 days.
Login, hosting & browser storage
Games use Tammi Arcade usernames and passwords. Legacy forum and operator login use ChatGPT. Sites provides hosting. Providers may process IP addresses, access/error logs and login cookies to deliver and protect the service, under their own privacy policies. OpenAI Privacy Policy provides further details.
Arcade forum server data is separate from game browser data, which may include progress, scores, volume and display preferences depending on the game. You can clear site data in your browser, but may lose progress. Check save guidance before changing devices.
Your language choice is stored in this browser for future visits. Clearing site data resets this preference.
Google ads & third-party data
Arcade pages currently run no ad-request or analytics tracking code. Google site-ownership verification remains; verification alone does not load ads.
If Google ads are introduced, Google and third-party ad providers may set/read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and personalized advertising. Ads may use past visits to this and other sites.

When advertising is introduced, we will update consent, refusal, withdrawal controls and this policy. Where consent is required, requests must be blocked until consent is obtained. Forum and inquiry content is not supplied for ad targeting.
Managing information & requests
For access, correction, deletion and processing requests, contact Privacy contact. Do not post contact details, account tokens or ID documents publicly. Inquiries use your login ID; no separate password or ID document is required.
We update this policy and its date when accounts, inquiries, storage or advertising practices change. We do not claim to operate payments or common game saves that are not actually provided.
