What kind of game is this?

Investigate familiar settings such as apartments, schools, motels, hospitals, underground malls and guesthouses. Different layouts and paths make comparing room traces and equipment readings central to identifying the ghost.

Basic equipment is provided from the start. Check readings, record evidence and use doors and hiding places when danger rises. Seek keepsakes or optional spirit release, but deciding to retreat alive is part of the investigation.

Your first steps

1. Create a team or join with a friend's room code. Check the location and readiness before departing.
2. Choose equipment and inspect rooms in turn. Hold the device in a room, check its response and narrow candidates using only confirmed evidence.
3. Identify the ghost and decide whether to leave. Before seeking keepsakes or extras, learn your return route and hiding places.

Helpful playing tips

• Do not identify a ghost from a strange sound alone. Separate confirmed equipment responses from other observations to avoid hasty conclusions.
• Divide tools and areas instead of all using the same tool in one room. Share confirmed evidence, then compare candidates again.
• If speech recognition fails, use the equipment's E question option. It also works as an alternative without a microphone.

Saving and playing together

Where is progress saved?

Rewards and investigation counts use the game's own investigator profile. Investigator credentials and display settings remain in the browser, separate from any common arcade cloud save.

Can I play with friends?

Room codes support up to four players, readiness checks and reconnecting. Voice features depend on browser microphone permission and network conditions.
