What kind of game is this?

Attacks are automatic, leaving you to focus on movement, dodging and upgrades. Collect turquoise spirit flames to strengthen sacred weapons and relics and find a way through the hordes.

Begin at Jangseung Village, purify three seals and defeat the great spirit to unlock regions and exorcists. Choose a 15-minute Long Night or a 6-minute Quick Run. Spend earned coins on training for future outings.

Your first steps

1. Your first outing starts with Doyun at Jangseung Village. Choose Long Night or Quick Run and check movement and dodge controls.
2. Collect spirit flames to level up, then choose weapons and relics. Time pauses during selection so you can compare equipment and combinations.
3. Follow golden markers to seals and stay inside the circle to purify them. Dodge dangerous attacks, face the great spirit and settle your run's rewards.

Helpful playing tips

• Leave an escape route while collecting flames so you are not surrounded. Dodges cannot pass through walls, so check alley exits.
• A level-8 weapon and its matching level-3 relic can evolve from an elite weapon chest after a time threshold: 8 minutes in Long Night, or 3 minutes 12 seconds in Quick Run.
• Move close to collect weapon chests. You may leave one until your evolution requirements are ready. Carry up to six weapons and six relics.

Saving and playing together

Where is progress saved?

Progress, training and settings are saved in this device's browser. Save from pause and return to the Lantern Hall to resume the current night later. Export and import records in settings to move devices.

Can I play with friends?

A solo survival game. Start without a separate account; online co-op rooms are not available.
